You might not even know this but you can shift the atmosphere when you praise God and give Him the glory. As followers/believers of Jesus, we do not have to put up with or be affected by a negative atmosphere. Instead, we can partner with God to influence and transform the atmosphere.
Just think about this for a moment…In Genesis 1, we read of how the earth’s atmosphere was dark and empty. When God spoke a ‘let there be’ word, that atmosphere was transformed. Light came. Life came. We can do that with and in our life as well. Well, no we are not going to create the world, but we can create our atmosphere to shift in in our life.
One thing is that when we speak in agreement with what our Father in heaven is speaking, power is released for the fulfillment of His plans. ‘For no word from God will ever fail.’ (Luke 1:37) Think on that for awhile.
The Bible tells us that life-giving power is released when God’s people speak words of life. Speak life giving words into your life people. Don’t go around speaking garbage and boo-hoos into your life. Speak God’s word over your life. Begin today to speak life into your life, into your family, into your marriage, into your job, into your city, state, and Country.
It is time people to stop the negative talk and to talk to God, to talk about God, and to talk about all He has done for you, and what you want Him to do for you. Stop living in the moment of the trial, test, sorrow etc that you are in and focus on the one who can help you get through it. This changes your atmosphere.
Jesus said, ‘The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.’
(John 10:10)
Knowing this why do go on allowing the enemy to harm us? Why do we give into the garbage we have been fed? Why? Stop focusing on pain and the storm. God wants to bring life into your life so stop settling for anything less.
It is time to speak life into your life and situation. It is time to speak blessings. Speak….declare and decree over your life blessings, Declare all that is good that you want in your life and make sure it aligns with God’s word. Whatever your situation is speak life back into it. Declare God’s healing over your life or loved one. Declare provisions…or whatever it might be. When we bless the situation, when we bless others what we are doing in the spiritual world…is stirring the atmosphere up.
Pray…and keep praying. Don’t give up. Be diligent in your prayers. What are you praying for? Does it align with God’s word? It should. You want power and your prayers answered then you need to confess your sins and get right with God so that when the time is right….God will bless you and answer your prayers. God is not a magic genie folks. He is God almighty. He knows everything. He wants a personal relationship with each of us. Because He is our Daddy….He wants what is best for His kids. Sometimes we don’t see the real situation or the junk in our heart that keeps us not getting our prayers answered. God grants many prayers, does many miracles, and sometimes He says yes, sometimes no, and sometimes the time is not right. God is perfect and knows exactly what He is doing and why.
We need to praise our Father in heaven all the time. We need to declare who God is to us…and to change the atmosphere in our life. We want breakthroughs…then keep on praying, proclaiming, and praising God.
Declare God’s scriptures over your life, your family, your marriage, and your situation no matter what you might see in the natural. Be specific as you can. There is authority in the name of Jesus and you are a child of God….use your authority in your life and take back what the enemy has taken from you. Do it in the spirit world of God for nothing is greater, bigger, or has more power. Declare the power that God wants you to have in your life over all your circumstances.
Share the Gospel as God gives it to you. You don’t need to be a scholar…Study His word, listen to His word, and respond to His word and when you do…God will respond to you.
